Services

Four practices that are stronger together.

You can engage us for any one of these. In practice they connect — the platform you choose shapes the supply chain, and the products you sell shape both.

Practice 01
Retail technology

Select and evolve core systems with confidence.

The systems behind modern retail are costly to select and disruptive to replace. We help you make those decisions with rigour — and because we have run these systems from the inside, we know where vendor demonstrations gloss over the difficult parts: payments, integrations, data migration and the true ongoing operating cost.

Engage us when: you're replatforming, integrating after an acquisition, or buying a system and want an independent read before you commit.

Practice 02
Supply chain & operations

Turn the operation into an advantage.

A strong storefront fails if the operation behind it cannot deliver. We address the planning and flow of stock — what you buy, where you hold it and how it reaches the customer — with changes measured in availability and margin. This is the operational core where value is often lost; we help you locate it and recover it.

Engage us when: availability and markdowns are fighting each other, or growth has outrun the operating model.

Practice 03
Data & analytics

Turn scattered data into decisions leaders trust.

Retail produces vast amounts of data and, too often, very little insight. We build the foundation — a data platform, clean pipelines and governance — and then the visualisation and analytics that make it usable day to day: sales, inventory, assortment, pricing and customer behaviour, surfaced in dashboards people actually open. Where it adds value, we bring forecasting and applied AI into the decisions.

Engage us when: you are rich in reports but short on insight, standing up a data platform, or want dashboards and analytics your teams will genuinely use.

Practice 04
Consumer products design

From concept to shelf, with the commercials attached.

Sometimes the opportunity is not a system or a process but a better product. We help brands and retailers take physical consumer goods from concept to shelf, attentive to both the design and the commercial reality of selling it. Design that ignores sourcing, cost and distribution remains a concept; we keep those threads connected from the outset.

Engage us when: you're launching a private label or own-brand range, or a product line needs to hit a price without losing the idea.

How to engage us

Pick the depth that fits the decision.

Advisory review

A focused, time-limited review addressing a specific question — a platform choice, a due-diligence read, an operational diagnosis — with a clear recommendation at the end.

Delivery partnership

We stay through the work — selection, migration, launch or turnaround — alongside your team, owning the parts that need senior, independent hands.

Trusted advisor

A standing relationship for leaders who want an independent sounding board on technology, operations and product as decisions come up.

Common questions

Good to know before we start.

Do you resell or implement software?

No. Fraventure is an independent advisor — it does not resell platforms, take referral fees, or run implementations on behalf of a vendor. We help you select and govern the right partners, and hold them to account on your behalf.

Which platforms and systems do you cover?

We are platform-agnostic across commerce, POS/OMS, ERP and data platforms (e.g. Snowflake and common BI tools). Our experience spans enterprise commerce suites, headless and mid-market platforms, and ERP environments — the priority is fit for your business, not a preferred vendor.

How large is a typical engagement?

Engagements range from a two-to-four-week advisory review addressing a single question to multi-month delivery partnerships through a replatforming or turnaround. We scope to the decision, not the calendar.

Where do you work?

Europe, the Gulf and the Levant. We contract from France and work on the ground with clients across the Middle East.

Next step

Unsure which practice you need?

That usually means the problem sits across more than one. Tell us the situation and we'll help you frame it.
